# Activating your Staff User Account

# Activating your Staff User Account

This article will assist you with activating your Staff User account, to allow you to access Xap and the Connect App.

### Overview

You will need to have a User Account created to allow you to access Xap and the Connect App for your Service.

### Activating your User Account

Once your Service has created your User account in Xap, you will receive an **Activation email**.

1. Select **Create your Password**

2. Create your secure **Password** and confirm underneath.
3. Select **Activate your account**

4. Enter your **email address**
5. Enter your **Password**
6. Select **Log In**

###### Welcome to Xap!

Now you have activated your Account, your email address and password will allow you to access Xap and the Connect App/Kiosk.
