# CCS Personnel Dashboard Report

### When would I use this report?

The **Personnel Dashboard** report provides a simple and clear dashboard that helps manage personnel by service, track expiring documents and requirements, and oversee compliance in one place.

This report includes key information such as:
* **Staff Count**
* **Expiring Documentation**
* **Personnel data**

### How do I use the information on the report?


The Attendance CCS Personnel Dashboard report is broken into different sections.

### Section 1: Filters

| Heading | Description |
| ---- |
| CCS Service | Refine the Centre/s to view the data for. |
| Employee Status | Refine by the status of Staff to view the data for. |

### Section 2: Staff Count by Category

| Heading | Description |
| ---- |
| No Service Roles | Total number of Staff categorized into three --Expired Service Roles, No Service Roles, and Valid Service Roles. These categories are determined using the Service Role End Date of a Staff. |
| Valid Service Roles | Numbers are further divided in three colors – Expired WWCC, No WWCC Details, WWCC Compliant which are determined by their WWCC validity. |

### Section 3: Staff Count by Service

| Heading | Description |
| ---- |
| Staff Count by Service | The chart shows staff counts per service, grouped into two categories: **Day-to-Day** and **Service Contact**, and highlights staff who hold both roles. |

### Section 4: Expiring WWCC/Service Roles in the next 8 weeks

| Heading | Description |
| ---- |
| Expiring WWCC | The chart shows weekly counts of expiring roles, starting from the current week. Darker colors indicate items that need attention sooner, while lighter colors represent those expiring further in the future. |
| Service Roles | The chart shows the number of staff per service, grouped by role type. Roles are divided into two categories: **Day-to-Day** and **Service Contact**. It also highlights staff who hold both roles. |

### Section 5: Personnel Details (report)

| Heading | Description |
| ---- |
| Report | Provides a full breakdown of all the personnel details that have been used in the previous charts |
| Service Roles | The chart shows the number of staff per service, grouped by role type. Roles are divided into two categories: **Day-to-Day** and **Service Contact**. It also highlights staff who hold both roles. |
