# CCSS Sessions - Manual Submissions

# CCSS Sessions - Manual Submissions

This article will assist you with **manually** submitting your CCSS Sessions for processing.

### Overview

The Xap system allows you to setup your preferred auto submit sessions day, however you can still manually submit if required.

| To assist you with automatic session submission see: [CCSS Sessions - Auto submit Configuration](https://help.xap.rocks/en/article/ccss-sessions-auto-submit-configuration-1rmyo49/)

### When would you use the manual submission option?

If you have the automatic session submissions enabled, the manual submission is generally used to allow you to submit straight away if you have eg.:

* Corrected session errors - see: [Managing CCSS Errors](https://help.xap.rocks/en/article/help-page-ccss-errors-uh2z2r/)
* Made adjustments to prior submitted session reports eg. corrected attendance information, added/removed/edited booking details - see: [Adjusting a submitted CCSS Session report](https://help.xap.rocks/en/article/adjusting-submitted-ccss-session-reports-1j95cge/)

Once changes or corrections have been made, the sessions can be manually submitted to CCSS to reduce the turn around processing time.
If the session information is corrected and not manually submitted, the system will automatically submit them on the next selected **auto-submit** day.
