# Children DOB & CRN Report

# Children DOB & CRN Report



### When would I use this report?

The Children DOB & CRN report will assist you with viewing and managing Child & Guardian details who attend your Service. The report will also allow you to view missing information to assist with CCSS enrolment and entitlement queries.
The report will display all **active** and **inactive** children within your service and includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.


### Where can you find this report?

1. Select the Reports Screen
2. Under the Family report section, select the **Children DOB & CRN** Report

### What will this report show?
The information displayed on this report includes:

| Column | Heading | Description |
| ---- |
| A | Child | Displays the first and last name of the child |
| B | Known As | Displays the known as name if this has been set by the Guardian or Service (can be different to legal name). |
| C | Child Age-Mth | Displays the Age of the child in months. |
| D | Child DOB | Displays the DOB of the child. |
| E | Child CRN | Displays the CRN for the child if it's been added or a - if it's missing. |
| F | Family | Displays the name of the Family the chid is linked to. |
| G | Guardian | Displays the first and last name of the Guardian the child is linked to. |
| H | Guardian Known As | Displays the known as name if this has been set for the Guardian can be set by the guardian or service (can be different to legal name). |
| I | Guardian DOB | Displays the DOB of the guardian. |
| J | Guardian CRN | Displays the CRN for the guardian if it's been added or a - if it's missing. |
| K | Child Status | Displays the active/inactive status of the child. |
| L | Rooms | Displays the Room/s the child is booked into. |
| M | Family Status | Displays the active/inactive status of the family the child is linked to. |
| N | Centre | Displays the name of the centre the child is linked to. |
| O | Provider | Displays the name of the provider the child is linked to. |
| P | Organisation | Displays the name of the organisation the child is linked to. |
| Q | Family ID | Displays the Family ID the child is linked to. |
| R | Child ID | Displays the ID of the child. |
| S | Guardian ID | Displays the Guardian ID the child is linked to. |
| T | Centre ID | Displays the ID of the centre the child is linked to. |
| U | Organisation ID | Displays ID of the organisation the child is linked to. |  | F | Diet Requirement | Displays the dietary requirement details that have been flagged for the child. |

### How would I use this report?

The children report can be exported out to **excel** or **csv** formats as well as **filtered**. 

###### Filtering the report

To refine the details listed,
1. Select the **reports option** icon
2. Select the **filter** icon from the drop-down

3. You will then be able to view the current refinements showing. Select the section you wish to refine and edit the selection. 
4. Once complete, select **apply**.

To export the report,

1. Select the **reports option** icon
2. Select the **export** icon from the drop-down
3. Select the report format either **excel** or **csv**
