# Email Templates - Customising Invoice Email Template

This article will assist you with customising the email templates that are sent to your Guardians automatically when Invoices are generated.

### Overview

When Invoices are generated either Manually (Term Based Billing) or Automatically Guardians receive an email with the Invoice attached.

providing the option of Direct to Centre payments for your Families, and this includes EFT, you can add in you Bank Account Details so they show on the Invoices.

### Customising the Email Template

To customise the Invoice Email Templates:
 
1. Select the **Settings** Screen
2. Select the **Email Templates** Icon

3. Select **System Email Templates**
4. Select **To Guardians**
5. Search on **Invoices**
6. Select **Search**
The automatic invoice template options will display as per the below image.

7. Select the **3 dot icon** next to the template you would like to customise.
8. Select **Edit** from the drop-down menu

||| Note: The **Bracketed Fields* and Headings cannot be edited as they are system set fields

9. Add in your custom wording
10. Select **Save**

###### The customised wording will display when the next invoices are generated.
