# Enrolment Error - PEA Enrolment with Foster/Kinship must not exceed 13 weeks

# Enrolment Error - PEA Enrolment with Foster/Kinship must not exceed 13 weeks

This article will assist you with understanding and managing the PEA Enrolment error.

### Overview

From the **1st July 2021,** CCS have made changes to the ACCS Child Wellbeing process.
For children who are identified as being at risk, they need to have a PEA Enrolment type created.

### Reason the Error occurs

For children who are under the PEA Reason of **Foster/Kinship Care**, this is for a maximum of **13 weeks per Service, per Child CRN**.

When you are creating the **PEA Enrolment** and select the PEA Reason as **Child is in Formal Foster/Kinship Care**, an Enrolment End Date becomes **mandatory**.

The Enrolment End date can only be for a maximum of 13 weeks from the PEA CCSS Enrolment Start Date.

||| If the Arrangement end date is greater than 13 weeks from the PEA Enrolment start date for a Foster/Kinship Care you will receive the below error.

### Resolving the error

To resolve this error, you will need to change the Enrolment End Date to be up to 13 weeks from the Enrolment Start Date.
