# Enrolment Error - System must have an existing PEA Enrolment created before you can create bookings

# Enrolment Error - System must have an existing PEA Enrolment created before you can create bookings

This article will assist you with understanding and managing the PEA Enrolment error.

### Overview

From the **1st July 2021,** CCS have made changes to the ACCS Child Wellbeing process.
For children who are identified as being at risk, they need to have a PEA Enrolment type created.

### Reason the Error occurs

For children who are under the PEA Reason of **Foster/Kinship Care**, this is for a maximum of **13 weeks per Service, per Child CRN**.

Due to the requirements of the date range of the PEA Type for **Foster/Kinship Care** or needing to specify if they are under **Service not able to identify a CCS eligible carer**. The PEA CCSS Enrolment needs to be created first before bookings are created.

| If you try to create the bookings prior to the PEA Enrolment you will receive the below error.

### Resolving the Error

To resolve this error, you will need to:

* Create the PEA Enrolment via the Enrolment Tab
* Bookings can be created as Casual or Recurring Weekly/Fortnightly via the Enrolment.
