# Family Notes Report


### When would I use this report?

The Family Notes report displays any notes that have been created for Families at your Service. 
The report will display all **active** and **inactive** children within your service and includes a unique identifier to allow you to cross-reference across multiple reports.

### What will this report show?

The report will include:
* Family Name
* Subject of the Note
* Note details
* Child/ren linked to the Family
* Visible to User/Roles
* Created by User and Created Dates
