# Fee Types - Hourly

# Fee Types - Hourly

This Article will assist you with creating and managing Hourly Fee types.

### Creating the Hourly Fee
Hourly Fees are helpful for Services who prefer to charge families by the times of Attendance as opposed to a Fixed session price.

To create the Hourly Fee type:
1. Select the **Settings** menu
2. Select the option of **Settings and Fees**

3. Within the Sessions and Fees Menu select the **Sessions and Fees** Tab
4. Select the **Green + Button**

### Creating the Hourly Fee

1. Select the **Centre name** the Fee will be applied to
2. Add a **Session name** eg. Hourly Fee
3. **Start Time** - Set the start time of when this fee will start from
4.. **End Time** - Set the end time of when this fee will end
5. **Utilisation** - Change as required
6. Select the **Care Type** eg. CBC/OSHC
7. Select the **Days** the Fee will be available
8. Add a **Description**

###### Fee Details

9. Select the  **Per Hour** option
10. Set the **minimum amount of Hours the booking** can be for
11. Select the **Charge Type** eg. Fixed Session
12. Set the **Effective Date** of the Fee
13. Add in the Normal Hourly Rate
14. Add in the Absence Rate (change if different for Absences)
15 Add in the *delta dollar amount for Casual
16. Select **Add Session** to save the hourly session fee
