You can also access the Guardian portal via a web browser **xap.rocks** | To assist you with accessing the Xap Smile App see: [Downloading & Logging into the Xap Smile App for Guardians & Carers (Android & Apple)](https://help.xap.rocks/en/article/downloading-logging-into-the-xap-smile-app-for-guardians-carers-android-ios-1yzmzga/#1-downloading-amp-logging-into-the-xap-smile-app-for-guardians-amp-carers-android-amp-apple) If you would like to access your Account details via a Mobile device without the App. | Note: If you have access to your emails on the device, you can also follow the link from your Activation email that you received from your Service. 1. Add in your **Email address** 4. Add in your secure **Password** 5. Select **Login** ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/5dcba586b1ba9400/image_1oebyyg.png) ###### This will take you through to the Dashboard, allowing you to manage your Account on the device. ### Selecting other Screens To select another screen in the Guardian portal on your device. 1. Select the screen you would like to view or manage the information for. ### Dashboard Screen The Dashboard provides you with: * Items that require Action eg. Update Expired Documents * View current booking information using the Calendar * Current Account Balance * Next Direct Debit Date and Amount (if this has been configured by your Centre and is your payment method) * Pay Now - Ability to make a Direct Debit payment directly to the Centre (if this has been configured by your Centre) * Quick Keys - Quick links to Help Guides & Videos ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/5dcba586b1ba9400/image_ln71tv.png) ### Timeline Screen This screen will display: | Note: This will only be populated if this section is being utilised by your Service. * Observations linked to your Child * Sleep/Sunscreen/Daily Food Tagging * Activities eg.
