# Guardian Portal - Updating your Child's details


# Guardian Portal - Updating your Child's details

The Guardian portal allows you to update details for your child including:

* Health Details
* Expired Documents or Medications
* Address information etc.

To update this information:

1. Log into your Guardian portal via www.xap.rocks
2. Select the **Family** screen from the left-hand menu

3. Select the **3 dot** menu next to your child's name
4. Select **Edit** from the drop-down menu

5. Select the **Section** to update the details for eg. Health & Immunisation
6. Add in the or updated details eg. new expiry dates, adding relevant attachments
7. Select **Save**
| The service will receive a notification of the changes that have been made. Continue to manage any other changes for your family, eg. Managing Guardians or Nominees
