Log into the **WEB Portal for Guardians & Carers** 2. Select the **Notification Bell** 3. Select **YES** or **No** | Note: Select **YES** if you would like to **STOP** viewing the notification, Select **NO** if you would like to **VIEW** the notification 6. Select **Save** ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/5dcba586b1ba9400/image_1ugtcuc.png) ### Who sees the Notifications? **Guardian 1 Automatically receives them and can control what the other Guardians can manage via the Web Portal**. * All Guardians will receive the notifications, unless Guardian 1 has managed other Guardians access. * However Notifications are turned on/off per **Guardian user.** ###### If you would like manage eg. Guardian 2's access via the Web Portal and Smile APP. 1. Log into the **WEB Portal for Guardians & Carers** 2. Select the **3 dot menu** within the Payment Account(s) section 4. Select **Edit** from the drop down menu ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/5dcba586b1ba9400/image_qsnbl1.png) 5. Select if you would like to **restrict below guardian(s) from accessing this payment account** | Note: This will stop the selected Guardian(s) from editing the payment account details AND from receiving notifications regarding changes made by Guardian 1 6. Select if you would like to **restrict the below guardian(s) from making bookings using this payment account** | Note: This will stop the selected Guardian(s) from making booking changes/requests AND from receiving notifications regarding changes made by Guardian 1 7.
