###### Step 1: Getting Ready Tasks

These tasks will assist you ensuring your child information is updated to allow a successful forecast submission

2. [QLD Kindy for all - Creating a Kindy Program](https://help.xap.rocks/en/article/qld-kindy-for-all-creating-a-kindy-program-ye2kjx/?bust=1768366274574) - Creating your Kindy programs successfully.
3. [Children Report ](https://help.xap.rocks/en/article/children-report-a5yzqi/) - This report will populate the gender information column for your children to assist with updating the forecast if applicable.
4. [VISA Tag's](https://help.xap.rocks/en/article/kindy-tags-tbr3ft/) - Will assist you with easily tracking children who have VISA information which may affect their kindy eligibility.
5. [Adding Child Address information](https://help.xap.rocks/en/article/adding-child-address-information-1i18jny/) - Ensuring your Kindy children have address details added in the child details section.

###### Step 2: Creating a Forecast

The forecast allows you to submit your child information to QGrants for the **QLD Kindy** subsidy. The forecast will also include their individual eligibility criteria.
