# How can I prompt an Active Family to complete the Enrolment Form? 

This article will assist you with sending an email to a Guardian to complete the Enrolment form.

### Overview

If a Family has commenced at your Centre via the **Leads/Waitlist process**, they will automatically be prompted to complete the Enrolment form once they have accepted the Offer.

If you have **manually** added the Family into the System, the auto-email and prompt to Guardians to complete the Enrolment Form is skipped.

However, you can still send an email to the Guardian per Child a request to complete the Enrolment form.

### Sending the Enrolment Form Request

1. Search on the **Child or Guardian/Family**
2. Select the **Family Name**

###### Ensure you are under the Summary Screen for the selected Family.

3. Select the **3 dot** menu next to the name of the Child
4. Select **Edit** from the drop-down menu

5. Select **Open Short Form**

6. Tick **Request the parent to complete the enrolment form**
7. Select **Save**

###### The Guardian will then receive the below **system email template**.
