# How to Create Kindergarten Session's - Sessional Kindergarten

# How To Create Sessions And Fees for Kindergarten for term based session's

This article will show you how to set up session's and fee's for your Kindergarten. This can be done through enterprise access or management level at your kindergarten service, and can be used to create sessions and fees per individual Kindergarten per School Term basis.

**STEP 1**: Select the **Settings** Icon on the left side
**STEP 2**: Select the **Sessions & Fee's** Tab

**STEP 3: **Select the the **Sessions & Fee's** tab then select the Green **Global Add** Button on the top right hand side of the screen

**STEP 1:** Type in the **Session Name** 
**STEP 2:** Select the **Start Time** for the session & Select **End Time**
**STEP 3:** Select the **Care Type** for eg: Kindergarten
**STEP 4:** Select the **days** you would like the session to occur on eg; every day of the week or just select days
**STEP 5**: Type a **description** of the program eg; 3 year Kindergarten program
**STEP 6:** Select **Fee Details** you would like this to be billed for eg; Term Based 
**STEP 7**: Type **Term Name** eg ; Term 1, Term 2, Term 3, term 4
**STEP 8** Enter **Start Date** and **End Date** of the Term - If you have multiple terms and dates to enter - Select the **+ to add** additional term information 
**STEP 9:** Select **Add session**

# Guide For Booking Based Session's

The below Guide is if you require to charge your families Based on their Booking per session

**STEP 1:** Type in the **Session Name** 
**STEP 2:** Select the **Start Time** for the session & select **End Time**
**STEP 3:** Select the **Care Type** for eg: Kindergarten
**STEP 4:** Select the **days** you would like the session to occur on eg; every day of the week or just select days
**STEP 5**: Type a **description** of the program eg; 3 year Kindergarten program
**STEP 6:** Select **Fee Details** you would like this to be billed for eg; Booking Based 
**STEP 7:** Select **Charge Frequency** eg; per session or per hour
**STEP 8: **Select the **charge type** eg; fixed rate per session
**STEP 9: **Select the **dates** this would like this to be effective from
**STEP 10:** Select **Add Session**
