# How to Download and Login to the Xap Connect App (Android & Apple)
Welcome to Xap! This article will assist you with downloading and logging into the Xap Connect App on your device.

### Overview
Xap Connect App allows educators to manage attendance data, record activities and observations and note medications and incidents for children at their service.

**To install the Xap staff mobile application: **

1. Click the Play Store on your Android device __OR __ App Store on your Apple device to search for "Xap Connect" and select **Install**. 
2. Once the Connect App is downloaded, select **Open**.

3. Select to allow Notifications

4. To login, enter the username and password that you had set up from your activation email and agree to the terms and conditions.

| Note: Check your junk mailbox if you can't find that email or you can request another email from your Service. 

Note: If you can't remember your password you can select ** Forgot your password ** and follow the prompts.
