# How to Query Session Report Subsidy Entitlements

To view additional absence reasons and download absence document, follow the steps below. 

**Step 1:** Click on the booking & attendance icon from the left hand side menu.

**Step 2:** Click on the session reports tab from the top menu.

**Step 3:** You can use filter tool to filter to reports you wish to view. Under the CCS header you can view the entitlement.

**Step 4:** You have two options if you wish to query the session report subsidy entitlements. Option 1 query in bulk or Option 2 query an individual report.
To query in bulk click the bulk action option.

**Step 5:** Enter information into required fields.
