# How to Re-send an Invoice via Email or To Download


# How to resend an invoice via email or download a copy

###### This article will show you how to re-send a copy of an Invoice to  Family via email  it will also show you how to print a copy of an invoice if required.

**STEP 1:** Select the **Families Tab** on the left side of the screen
**STEP 2:** In the **Search Bar** Search the family name you would like to resend the invoice to
**STEP 3:** Select the **Family**

Within the Family Screen:

**STEP 1:** Select **Payments & Billing Tab**
**STEP 2: **Select the **invoice tab** 
**STEP 3.** Select the Invoice you would like to resend/download
**STEP 4:** Select the **3 dot option** pertaining to the invoice you would like to print or download

### To email a copy of the invoice
**STEP 5:**  Select **Send Email** to send a copy of the invoice to the family

### To download a copy of the invoice
**STEP 6:**  Select the 3 dot option on the right of the screen next to the invoice you are wanting Select  "Download" to Download a printable copy of the invoice
