# How To Take Attendance? (Web Portal)
 
In this help document, we will show you how to Take Attendance via the Web Portal. Attendances can also be taken via our App.

**Step 1:** Select booking and attendances from the left hand side menu.

**Step 2:** Select attendances.

From here, select your date range, and click the magnifying glass to search.

**Step 3:** Click on 'sign in'.

Enter the time and signing party and click 'Save'

You can add in a sign in and out time as well if need be.


**Step 4:**  If the child is absent, click 'ABS'.
