# How to update/refresh an enrolment status

# How to update/refresh an enrolment status

An Enrolment Status can update if a centre manually enters in new information such as a CRN, if the guardian confirms the enrolment via MyGov, or if an enrolment ceases automatically. To refresh an Enrolment Status, follow the instructions below.

**Step 1: **Click on Families

**Step 2:** Click on the child's name

**Step 3:** Select Enrolments

**Step 4:** Find the enrolment you wish to view the status for and click on the 3 dot menu. Select Query CCS.

**Step 5:** Click Query CCSS.

**Step 6:** View the most recent status update.
