# How to View/Update CCS Service Details

# How to View/Update CCS Service Details

The purpose of the service interface is to provide access to users to manage the service change of circumstances process. This interface is used to receive and process new information that relates to a change in circumstances of an approved service, some of which is required under law and some of which is not, but is necessary to administer the child care subsidy system and ensure its records are up to date.

The purpose of this guide is to provide an introduction to the usage of the service interface application.

The centre of the page is the main event content information, here is where the user can submit changes relevant to the active event.

* Clicking on the edit button will open the panel on the right.
* Clicking on the update button will save the changes to the CCSS website.
* Clicking on the cancel button will cancel the update.
