# IS Case Claim Error - Weekending on Case Claim should be less than or equal to Case End Date

# IS Case Claim Error - Weekending on Case Claim should be less than or equal to Case End Date

This article will assist you with correcting the error for an IS Case Claim **Weekending on Case Claim should be less than or equal to Case End Date**

### Overview

An IS case once Approved via the IS Portal will provide you with the allowed hours.

* Face to Face - Total F2F hours for that can be claimed for the period of the claim
* Non Face to Face - Total hours that can be claimed for Non F2F

The error will display as below

### Why the error occurs
The "Weekending Error" Case claim error is caused by:

* The Case Claim being created for a date that is AFTER the IS Case Claim has ended.
In the below example:

**IS Case End Date: 20/2/22**
**IS Case Claim Date: 27/2/22**

### Fixing the Error

1. Ensure you select an **Active** IS Case ID
2. If you are backdating and IS Case Claim, ensure the Claim weekending date is **within the IS case** period.
