# KIM Report

# KIM Report

This help document will demonstrate how to view, filter and download your KIM report. 

**Step 1: **  Go to reports from the left-hand menu bar.

** Step 2: ** Click on KIM report under the KIM section.

** Step 3: ** View your KIM report and other relevant information.

** Step 4: ** Use the filter options to refine your search.

** Step 5: ** If you wish to remove a column while viewing the report, click on the list option at the right-hand side of the screen. Uncheck the sections you would like to remove.

** Step 6: **  You can also choose how many records you would like to view in a page.

** Step 7: ** Click on the circle icon if you wish to refresh the page.

** Step 8:** To download the report, click on the download excel tab.
