### Overview

The Kindy Subsidy screen is broken into 2 parts:

###### Kindy Program Tab

* Create and Manage Kindy Programs
* Set Program Availability dates
* Link the Kindy Subsidy to Rooms/ Days and Fees
* Flag SEIFA Rating
* Add in Teacher Details
