# Operational Profile - OSHC & VAC

This article will assist you with managing your Operational Profile information for an Outside School Hours Care Service.
This is particularly important if you are running concurrent dates for After School Care/Before School Care and Vacation Care.

### Setting the Operational Profile

To update your Services Operational Profile information.

1. Select the **Settings** Screen
2. Select the **Operational Profile** icon

3. Select the **3 dot menu** icon next to the Service name
4. Select **Edit**

5. Select Operational
6. Select the Effective Date

|| For an OSHC Service you will then see the 3 care types below, this allows you to set the Days, Fees, Times for each care type your Service provides.

7. Set the **Days** per care type
8. Set the **Start Time** of the Sessions per care type
9. Set the **End Time** of the Sessions per care type
10. Select **Save** to save the changes
