# Personnel - Ending a Record


# Personnel - Ending a Record

This article will assist you with ending a Personnel record for your Service.

### Overview

Personnel records are used to manage Employees for your Service and linking them to CCSS including their Role status.
If an Employee ceases employment for your Service/Company, their record linking them for CCSS purposes needs to be ended.

|| Note: If the Personnel record was created in PRODA or submitted via a different software and queried into Xap, you will need to end the record via PRODA or re-upload all the relevant attachments.

### Ending a Personnel Record
To end a Personnel Record

1. Select the **CCSS Details** screen
2. Select the **Personnel** icon

3. Select the **3 dot** menu next to the Personnel record to be ended
4. Select the **Edit** option

5. Their Employment status will currently be set to Yes, Change to **No**

6. Add in the **Employment End Date**
7. Select the **Removal Reason** from the drop-down menu
* Not Fit and Proper
* Other
* Person Deceased
* Resigned
* Terminated employment

8. Select **Submit to CCSS**
Their record will now be disconnected for the selected Service/Provider/Organisation.
