### Improvements
1. Optimized the invoice generation process by processing charge records and audit records associated with these charge records in separate queues. 
2. Optimized invoice generation process by including a link to the invoice in the invoice email to the parents, rather than attach a PDF. 

### Issues Resolved
* Resolved an issue where the system generated a **TimeOfDay component is not zero.** error when offering or confirming places on a Waitlist when the users **Timezone** was set to a region with daylight savings.
