# Xap Release Notes 
This document contains the release notes for Xap.

| Users will need to update the Connect App in order to make use of any functionality introduced in this release.

### Improvements
1. Introducing Medication Requests & Incident Records - for the Xap Connect App
|| Until now users of the Medication and Incidents module have only been able to use it on the Xap Web Portal. This feature is now available in the Connect App!  Please visit our [Help Page - Medication & Incident Reporting](/en/article/help-page-medication-incident-reporting-v4udjv/) for more information.
2. Introduced an **Unposted Activity & Observation List** in Xap Connect App to assist users in identify observations that require posting.
