### Issues Resolved

1. Create Support Ticket option from the UI was sending support tickets using the customer 'From' email address. Unverified emails were being blocked by the email provider resulting in lost tickets. All support tickets logged via the Software will now be sent from 'NoReply@xap.com.au'
