# Xap Release Notes
This document contains the release notes for Xap.

## Improvements
* Corrected an issue where removing a guardian from a family meant that they were unable to be added back.
* Corrected an issue where soft deleted children were coming up on the **Emergency Contact List**.
* Resolved an issue where any child is soft deleted their medical info was still showing in the family summary.
