# Smile App for Guardians & Carers - Multi Centre Access

This article will assist you with logging in and managing the Smile App for Guardians & Carers, if your details are linked across multiple Services.

### Overview

Access to the Smile App for Guardians & Carers and the Web Portal for Guardians & Carers, is not limited to one Service. If your **Account and Email address** are linked across multiple Services, you will be able to access your details using the same login.

This includes:
* Multiple Services linked to the same Company/ Organisation
* Multiple Services linked to different Companies/ Organisations

|| Ensure you have activated your account at both/ all services that your child attends before being able to access on your device.

### Selecting a Service

1. Log into the Smile App

2. The Screen will display the Services your details are linked to.
3. Select the **Service** you would like to view the details for

### Switching between Services

If you would like to switch between Services, once you are logged into the Smile App.

1. Select the **menu** icon on the bottom right-hand side
2. Select **Switch Centre**

3. Select the **Service name** you would like to view the details for
