# Staff Attendance report

The **Xap Connect app** enables Educators to easily sign in and out of rooms within your service, helping to streamline daily attendance tracking.
The **Staff Attendance Report** provides a detailed record of these sign-in and sign-out times, giving you clear visibility of staff attendance and supporting accurate record-keeping.

### What information is on the report

Important columns to note:
| Heading | Description |
| ---- |
| Week Start | Start date to view staff sign in details from |
| **Staff Name** | Dates for comparison period for changes e.g. Quarter 2 |
| **Week Start** | Week beginning date for staff sign in details. |
| **Shift No.** | Shift number for sign in out details. |
| **Occurrence** | Number of rooms/rolls the staff member has signed in/out from |
| **Room** | Name of room/roll staff member has signed in/out of |
| **Day** | Day of the week for sign in details. |
| **Sign in** | Sign into room/roll time |
| **Sign out** | Sign out of room/roll time |
