# Tags - Adding additional Languages

This help document will demonstrate how to create additional Tag options for Languages. 

### Overview

Tags are unique identifiers that can be associated with family records to search, sort, categorise, filter, and segment records in a more efficient way. You can select an existing tag from a list of tags or simply create a new one.

### Creating additional Languages

To create the additional languages:

1. Select the **Settings** screen from the left-hand menu.
2. Select the **Tags** icon.

You will be able to see a list of all the tags grouped by categories. 
3. Select the **Green +** add button to add a new tag.

4. **Tag Name** - Add in the new Language
5. ** Category** - Select the **Languages** category to link the new Tag to
6. If you are completing from enterprise access, select the services you would like the tag to be available for. 
7. Select **Save**

The new added language will be visible as an option in the Enrolment form, and for Guardians, Children and Nominees to select from.
