# User Email Templates

# **User Email Templates**

The **User Email Templates** section provides a space to create personalised templates that streamline your communication. 
Once created, these templates can be sent manually to guardians at any time.

These emails can be sent either Individually or in Bulk as required.

**Step 1:** Select the user email templates tab.
**Step 2:** Select the relevant subject.
**Step 3*: Select the Centre name** if set to Centre level configuration
**Step 4:** Select the green + plus button to create a new template.

**Step 5:** Fill in the relevant details including email template name.
**Step 6:** Fill in the **email content** (can also include hyperlinks)
**Step 7:** Upload supporting **attachments** if required
**Step 8:** Copy template to selected **Centre/s**
**Step 9:** Select **Save**.

**Once you have created a template, it will be displayed as seen in the image below:**
