# Viewing Total amount of Used Discounts per Family

# Viewing Total amount of Used Discounts per Family

This article will assist you with being able to view how many discounts have been used per Family.

### Overview

Discounts are applied to Families via the Children's bookings.

### To view the Total Discounts

1. Select the **Bookings & Attendances** Screen
2. Select the **Bookings** Screen
3. Select the **Filter** option

1. Select the **Service name** if you are in Enterprise view (if you are in Centre View the Centre name will automatically be selected)

###### Select your preferred Filter options:

2. **Discounted by**:
* Amount or Percentage
* Discount Code
* Discount Rules

3. **Discount Rule**

* Discount applied daily against session count
* Discount applied by code
* Discount applied against Room
* Discount applied when multiple siblings in bookings
* Discount applied on specific day
* Discount applied Weekly against session count

4. **Discount Code** (add in required code)
5. Select **Update Search**

The selected Filters will be applied.

### Producing the Report

Once the required Filters have been applied:

1. Select the **Family/ies**
2. Select the **Bulk Action** option
3. Select **Export to Excel** from the drop-down

The report will then be displayed, and can be filtered by Family, Discount type etc. To view Total amount of Discounts applied.
