# Accessing & logging into the Web Portal for Guardians & Carers
Welcome to Xap! This article will demonstrate how to login to your Web Portal for Guardians & Carers through a computer or laptop.

### Overview
The Web Portal for Guardian & Carers will allow you to connect with your child's service, see what they are doing every day and manage their information.

### Logging in to Xap
1. Xap will send you an email that will contain a link for you to login.

| Note: Please check your spam or junk mail, if you are unable to find the email in your inbox. Otherwise, contact your Centre to resend your login details.

2. Click on the link and fill out with your login details. Select Activate your Account.

| Note: If you have forgotten your login details, go to forgot username/password link, and enter your email address.

3. Bookmark this page for easy access to the Guardian Portal by clicking on the star on the right of the address bar - **www.xap.rocks**

| Note: Bookmarking is different in every browser but we suggest to use Google Chrome as it is more compatible with Xap.
