# Web Portal for Guardians & Carers - Adding Direct Debit details

# Adding Direct Debit details - Web portal

Guardians/ Carers have the opportunity to add in their Direct Debit details to your payment account in order to pay the Service fees and charges. 
As a part of our continued commitment to security, we've improved how families enter payment details with our Tier 1 PCI DSS complaint partner PayChoice.
### Adding Direct Debit Details
To add in the Direct Debit Details via the web portal.

1. Sign into the **Web Portal**
2. Select the **Families** Screen
3. Select the **3-dot menu** next to Payment Account(s)
4. Select **Edit** from the drop-down menu

### Adding Credit Card Details

1. Check your **Payment method** is Set to **Direct Debit**
2. Select **Card**
3. Add in your **Credit Card** details
4. Select **Save Credit Card**
5. Tick that you agree to the **Acknowledgement**
| The Acknowledgement acts as a digital signature capturing that you agree to the terms and conditions. We encourage you to click the hyperlink in this Acknowledgement to ensure you understand the terms and conditions of Quickpay/Paychoice. If you would like a copy of the DDR Form you can download this from the Three Dot Menu > View DDR.
6. Select your preferred **Transaction Day** 
|| Note: This may not be an option for you as the Service chooses to have this enabled or not. If it is not available for you to select, you will need contact your Service for further information on their settings.
7. Select **Save**

### Adding in Bank Account Details

1. Check your payment method is Set to **Direct Debit**
2. Select **Bank**
3. Add in your **Bank Account** details
4. Select **Save Bank Account**
5. Tick that you agree to the **Acknowledgement**
