# Weekly Revenue Report

# Weekly Revenue Report

This help document will demonstrate how to view, filter and download your service's **weekly revenue** report.

### Overview

The Weekly Revenue will provide you with the Total Revenue for a Provider  or  Centre.

### Viewing the Report

1. Select the **Reports** Screen from the left hand menu
2. Select **Weekly Revenue** under the Financial Reports section

3. Select the Provider (if you have more than 1)
4. You can select **ALL Centres** or a **specific centre** only
5. Weekending **Start Date**
6. Weekending **End Date**
7. **Search**
8. **Centre **- Displays the Name of the selected Centre/s
9. Displays the **Weekend Date**
10. **Booking Fee($)**- Displays the total fee charged before any reductions (CCS/ACCS/Discounts) have been applied
11. **Discounts($) **- Displays any discounts that have been applied eg. Discount Rules/ Codes
12. **Other Subsidies** - if they have been applied
13. **CCSS Rebate($) **- Total CCS paid or estimated if for a future date
14. **ACCS Rebate($) **- Total ACCS paid or estimated if for a future date
15. **GAP($) **- Total GAP liable to be paid by Families per week.

### Exporting the Report

To export the Report

1. Select the **Download Excel** button

###### The report will populate the below information.

2. **Centre name**  - Displays the Name of the selected Centre/s
3. Displays the **Weekend Date**
4. **Booking Fee($)**- Displays the total fee charged before any reductions (CCS/ACCS/Discounts) have been applied
5. **Discounts($)** - Displays any discounts that have been applied eg. Discount Rules/ Codes
6. **Other Subsidies** - if they have been applied
7. **CCSS Rebate($)** - Total CCS paid or estimated if for a future date
8. **ACCS Rebate($)** - Total ACCS paid or estimated if for a future date
