# Withdrawing CCSS Session Reports

# Withdrawing CCSS Session Reports

This article will assist you with managing withdrawing CCSS Session reports.

### Overview

In some instances, you may need to withdraw a CCS session report.

This will only need to occur if for example you have deleted the entire week that was previously submitted to CCSS.

| Note: If you have made adjustments to the submitted session eg. Adding/Removing Days, Editing Fees, etc. this will cause an auto-vary session that does not require withdrawing. See: [Managing a Varied CCSS Attendance](https://help.xap.rocks/en/article/managing-a-varied-ccss-attendance-jhs2rj/)

### Manually withdrawing a Session.

| Please note it is generally not advised to withdraw a session report. Only do so if/when you have been advised to do so. 

1. Select the **Bookings & Attendances** screen from the left-hand menu.

2.  Select the **Session Reports** Tab on the top menu.

3.  Use the search filters to search for the session reports you need to withdraw.

4. Select the **3 dot** menu for the session to withdraw
5. Select **Withdraw** from the drop down menu.

6. Select the **reason** the sessions are being withdrawn.
* Administrative error
* Responding to 204C
* Responding to parent dispute
7. Select **Confirm Withdraw**

8. Select **YES** to confirm the withdrawal.
