Email Templates - To User

This article will assist you with viewing the list of Automated Emails that are sent to your Staff or Guardians via the Software.

Overview

The Xap system has various automated emails that are sent out to Users whether they are Staff or Guardians during various processes to advise them of changes or requirements from the Service.

Email Templates

• Staff Account Activation - This template is sent to Staff when they are created as a User, advising them on how to activate their Account and create their password.
• Email Address Changed Notification to the Old Email - This template is sent to Staff and Guardians to their old email address to advise their email address (username) has been changed.
• Email Address Changed Notification to the New Email - This template is sent to Staff and Guardians to their new email address that has been added to advise their email address (username) has been changed.
• Xap Account Linked to a New Role - This template is sent to Staff and Guardians to advise their email address (username) has been linked to a different Organisation/ Service.
• Guardian Account Activation - This template is sent to Guardians to their email address to advise them on how to activate their Account and create their password.
