How To Manage Your Organisation Details
This help document demonstrates how to manage your organisation's details including uploading a logo, managing the organisation admins and managing the Xap subscription details.
**Step 1: ** Select settings from the left-hand menu bar.

Step 2: Click on the org/provider/centre admin details icon.

Step 3: Click on the three dots that are on the right-hand side of the organisation's name.
You will have three options:
- To view organisation details, click on view.
- To edit organisation details, click on edit.
- To send an email.

Step 4: If you click on edit, make the relevant changes in the edit panel. To add an organisation admin, click on add new organisation admin.

If you have more than one centre admin, you can make anyone of them the primary centre admin.

Step 5: If you need to make changes to your subscription, make the relevant changes in the 'subscription details' section. All your existing centres will still remain on the existing plan, but all-new centres will have the plan that you set here.

Step 6: Finally click on the 'upload an image' tab to add/change the logo for your organisation. Your logo will be displayed on all communications relevant to your organisation.

Once you have made the relevant changes, click on save.
