Importing a Company Logo

The program allows you to insert your Companies or Centre logos. Your logo will be displayed on all communications relevant to your Organisation or Centre.

Overview

The Logo can be inserted at different levels.

• Organisation
• Provider
• Centre

Importing the Logo

To import the logo.

1. Select the Settings screen from the left hand menu
2. Select the Org/Pro/Centre Admin Details icon

In this example we are inserting the logo for the individual Centre.

3. Select the Centres Tab on the top toolbar
4. Select the 3 dot menu next to the required centre name
5. Select Edit from the drop down menu

6. Select Upload Image

7. Use the **bar **to format the image

The size of the Profile image is:

• Profile Width: 60px
• Profile Height: 60px

The size of the Picture/Logo for Communications is:

• Logo Width: 120px
• Logo Height: 60px

Supported Formats

• jpeg
• png
• gif
• jpg

8. Select Save
