Lead CRM - Enabling Service Tour Calendar Invites & Reminders


This article will assist you with enabling the Service Tour Calendar Invite and Reminders Option for Booked Tours.


Overview


Services can add a link to their website/social media to allow Families to send through a Lead or Book a Tour for your Service.

You can also enable an option that allows you to include a calendar invite in the tour booking successful email. Once added to your calendar, calendar invite will remind you as per the specified time.


  1. Select the Settings Screen
  2. Select Tour Calendar Setup icon



  1. Select Edit Settings



  1. Tick the option of *Generate Calendar Invite & Reminder
  2. Set the Calendar reminder time.
  • 0 Minutes
  • 5 Minutes
  • 15 Minutes
  • 30 Minutes
  • 1 Hour
  • 12 Hours
  • 1 Day
  • 1 Week
  1. Select Save



Adding to Calendar


Once a Tour is booked, the Service will receive New Tour Booked email.


  1. Select the Attachment to the New Tour email



  1. Select Yes to add to your Outlook Calendar.
