Deploying Xap Connect and Story Park Manage Kiosk App via MDM

New functionality has been introduced that allows customers to deploy the Staff facing applications via Mobile Device Management (MDM).As there are many different MDM's available on the market, this guide does not provide specific steps for a specific MDM. Refer to your specific MDM guide for assistance, e.g. MerakiThe below process assumes you have already configured your devices to be managed centrally via MDM.
  1. Add the Xap Connect App or SPM Kiosk App to your MDM
  2. Configure settings as per your business requirements
  3. Deploy the Xap Connect App or SPM Kiosk App to the required managed devices.


Optionally, if your organisation intends to use SSO with Xap or SPM, continue with the following


  1. Contact the Support team, providing your Active Directory metadata URL.
The Support team will ensure your Organisation is configured to use SSO when scheduled. Note, your applications will need to be configured with a new SSO URL in coordination with enabling SSO for your organisation. Xap Single Sign On (SSO)
  1. Liaise with your users regarding the change in login approach and deploy the new application login URL configuration for the managed devices. The Support team will provide the new SSO login URL for your mobile devices.
