Release Information
Issues Resolved
- The System did not remove bookings when a family was archived and a date was entered from which the booking needs to be removed.
- Resolved an error where the System did not display the CR or DR against the Due Amount in the invoices and statements.
- The System would send invoice emails for archived guardians in the family when this guardian has access to the payment account details.
- Resolved an error where the System added the Early Drop Off fees as Late Drop Off fees when adding early drop off fees for bookings.
- Resolved an error where the System did not update the guardian name in the declaration when users updated the guardian name.
- The System did not revert booking charges when bookings were deleted in bulk.
- Corrected a spelling mistake on the CCS Entitlement Notification to Guardian email template.
- The System displayed the child age incorrectly in the Emergency Child Report downloaded from the rolls screen.
- The System did not update the Centre name in charges, if the Centre name was changed.
- The System did not update the Centre name in wait-list applications when the Centre name was change.
- The System displayed the Processed Date in UTC instead of local time in the Payments report in payments tab.
- The System did not allow the user to select a determination start date in the future when creating ACCS determinations.
- The System displayed archived nominee profiles when signing in to the kiosk.
- The System didn't display an end date in the list of operational profile page while selecting effective From Date.
- The System did not update card/bank details in the payment account when adding a once off payment from new card/bank if the transaction was declined.
- The System displayed end date as No End Date even when the end date is entered for temporarily closure period in operational profile.
- The System did not load the waiting list in Centre access when the waitlist was configured at the Organisational level and managed at Centre level.
- The System did not generate all the necessary prior period adjustment records due to the size of the message.
- The System did not display the declaration as completed even though the declaration was completed.
- The System did not display care type sequentially when viewing the operational profile details.
- The System did not submit vacancies automatically.
- The Session Report Scheduler incorrectly generated some session reports.
- The System incorrectly reset the session of care in session reports when there were multiple payment accounts linked with a specific enrolment.
