Features
Improvements
- When creating a Headcount, the action will no longer select all children by default. To ensure accuracy and safety, users will need to manually select the children, rather than unselect children.
- Improvements to the Xap Connect App:
- Prompt for confirmation when clicking the back button when adding a new pin, this would previously lose any entered information without warning.
- Added a skip button for missed attendances so that users can still sign children in or out.
- Guardians can now complete attendances from the bookings details screen.
- Parents can now complete attendances for multiple children at a time.
- Added a numeric keyboard.
Issues Resolved - Smile App
- The Invoice list in the Xap Smile App now filters on date correctly.
- Resolved an issue where active accounts could not see children on the waitlist when using the Smile App.
- Resolved an issue where a Waitlist application remains as a Draft even though the form is completed when using the Smile App.
- Corrected a scenario where Smile App users were prompted for unnecessary information when filling out the EOI and Enrolment form.
- Corrected some generic errors presented to Smile App users.
- Corrected a scenario where Smile App users were directed to an empty page when clicking on a child activity comment notification.
- Smile App users can now enter Mobile numbers as work numbers.
- In the Smile App Guardian email addresses are now required to be lower case.
- When making bookings from the Smile App, Start and End date for the booking will now be a Monday and Sunday respectively.
- Corrected an error where Smile App users were unable to see family data once the family was archived.
- When adding guardians with Pick up/Drop off permissions, the Smile App will now automatically generate a Kiosk code.
- Resolved an error in the Smile App where users would receive an error when viewing the statement on an android device.
Issues Resolved - Connect App
- When using the Connect App, users that are members of multiple accounts, can now see all relevant Account information at the login stage.
- Connect App users can no longer set Kiosk codes for archived Guardians from the App.
- When filtering by tags in the Connect App, the children will now sort alphabetically.
- Corrected a scenario for android users of the Connect App where children would not be listed in the attendance page.
- Corrected an issue with the Android version of the Connect App where some new staff members would receive an error when logging in.
