Apps - Xap Connect/Xap Smile

Connect App

Once the changeover to Xap is complete, the Connect App will replace the SPM Kiosk. The Connect App also gives educators access to Activities, including Head Counts. For information on Activities in the Connect App see Overview of the Activities Module

Access to the Connect App will begin on the Monday after the transition is complete which means on the morning after the change, you will need to use a paper in and out sheet to record your morning attendances. These can then be manually added to Xap.

Smile App

The Smile App will be available for your Guardians to use once the change to Xap is complete. The Smile App will allow your guardians to update their family details, mark absences, make casual bookings and once off payments.
