Your Service may be affected by eg. Weather conditions that require you to temporarily close your Service and submit this to CCS.


This is a CCS Notifiable Event.


Managing a Temporary Service Closure


  1. Select the CCS Details screen
  2. Select the Service name
  3. Select Temporary Closures
  4. Select Add



  1. Select the reason for the closure eg. Cyclones
  2. Add in a Description for the closure
  3. Add in the Closure Start and End dates
Note: In the example of a CCS period of emergency, refer to their communications for these dates.
  1. Select Submit to CCSS
