User Email Templates
The User Email Templates section provides a space to create personalised templates that streamline your communication.
Once created, these templates can be sent manually to guardians at any time.
For full email configurations see: Managing Email TemplatesThese emails can be sent either Individually or in Bulk as required.
see: Emails - How to send Bulk Emails to FamiliesStep 1: Select the user email templates tab.
Step 2: Select the relevant subject.
Step 3*: Select the Centre name if set to Centre level configuration
Step 4: Select the green + plus button to create a new template.

Step 5: Fill in the relevant details including email template name.
Step 6: Fill in the email content (can also include hyperlinks)
Step 7: Upload supporting attachments if required
Step 8: Copy template to selected Centre/s
Step 9: Select Save.

Once you have created a template, it will be displayed as seen in the image below:
