CCSS Sessions - Auto submit Configuration

This article will assist you with configuring your Xap program to your preferred day to submit your CCSS session reports automatically.

Overview

Within the program you can set your the day for your auto submit session submission. With this automation in place you also still have the ability to manually submit sessions if required.

Configuring your Auto submit sessions

To set the preferred day for your sessions to submit to CCSS:

Select the Settings screen from the left hand menu
Select the Bookings Configurations icon

Select the Centre name from the left hand menu

Note: If your settings are configured to Organisation or Provider you can manage this for the whole organisation or per provider. In this example it's set to Centre, so the configurations can be individual.

Tick Submit session reports automatically every select your preferred day from the drop-down

Friday
Saturday
Sunday
Monday

Select Save

Auto submit times

The automatic submission times for CCSS Sessions are:

Day	Time
Friday	10:30pm AEDT
Saturday	3:30pm AEDT
Sunday	3:30pm AEDT
Monday	10:00pm AEDT

Managing submitted session errors

When the xap automatic session submission runs, if there are any sessions that have not been successfully submitted, you will receive an automatic email to advise you of the unsuccessful sessions.

CCSS Outage

If there is a CCSS outage for the day your sessions will be automatically submitted again on the next auto-submit day available.

Saturday	Sunday 3:30pm, Monday - 10:00pm AEDT
